Day 6 of Week 7. I can laugh at this, but since my sister is on night shift, I walked in the dark, with flashlight in hand, got 2 miles in. It is getting windy, and we are expecting rain. Danced To The Oldies, veggies, and fruit are getting eaten everyday. FBS 104.

Day 5 of Week 7. FBS 106. Went for my walk, worked in yard, did strength training video, and toning. Did exercise ball, 10 minutes. Still having trouble with my right arm and wrist. Doing best I can.

Here I am. FBS 108. Got my exercising in, and did my usual 4 mile walk. Feeling fairly positive. With me, it is my situation at home. Tired of being tired.

Slowly but surely. Truthfully I will be glad when this is done. Of couse, I do the exercises and stuff everyday. The walking and exercising are nothing new. I just get tired of all this posting

Weighed-in early, lost 4 pounds this month! emoticon Re-examining my routine and my eating habits and determining what I need to change to lose a couple more pounds each month, but I'm so happy I'm still making progress!

Week 7 is going well. There have been some struggles but also some breakthroughs. When I have indulged it was a small controlled indulgence and then back on track so it hasn't affected my weight loss. I still have trouble with making exercise happen everyday. It is still a daily effort and choice instead of being second nature or habit. Maybe I'm one that will always have to "decide" to just do it.

week seven went good , was off few times with weight watchers, points but now have them all under control again this week.
also my drinking has improved again got thet under control to so all my water is getting drank.
and all my veggies and fruits.

yea it went fast when your busy at something all the time,
my day went great all my exercises in and water. not sure if i went over ww points tonite i need to look up some of the stuff i cant find in the book.
i have been doing 3- 3 walk a day before meals and then some times in evening. so getting in alot of steps . these last two weeks.

Wow week 7 day 5. Can't believe we are almost through this challenge. This week is going ok for me back on track after vacation and ankle injury. I'm managing to keep up the cardio at least 4 -5 days each week. Staying in the calorie range all but one day. Sunday I was on the road to a battle of the bands to watch my son and i wound up dining with the band in a Mexican burrito place ( you know the kind that serve the 5 lb brick size burritos lol). Not much on the menu under 800 calories. Between that and late night fast food I'm sure I went over even trying to make good choices. But hey they won the battle of the bands and I upped my cardio to 50-55 min to compensate the last couple of days. All s good. Hope everyone is doing well toward reaching their goals for the challenge Mine is in sight.

week 7 is i am on the roll got in one of my walks 30 min will have 2 more to go yet , doing upper body exercises now. and will do another later this after noon for total of 40 min.
have in 2 servings of veggie already and 1 fruit.
still need to get water started and plan my lunch.

Indygirl, how are you liking the water aerobics? When I had a gym membership (many moons ago) I used to thoroughly enjoy going to the water aerobics classes. I think I might just have to look into a new membership now just to get back to it! Thanks for mentioning this (for me) long forgotten sport!

Week 7 is well underway for me (day 3). All is going well other than having a bad food day today, but I'm going to just accept that, know that it is not the "norm" for me, be forgiving and press forward. I'm so excited for this challenge and would LOVE to see one that goes year round. Thanks to everyone for allowing me to share my journey and many thanks too for sharing your own.

NANALD if the joint pain is new to you , I think you may want to call the Dr and check on your medication they can often cause joint pain.
You are handling the situation really well Good JOB Pat in Maine.

Glad your hanging in here, through thick and thin, Joints will feel better soon, just need to get use to exercise, make sure you drink plenty of water, before and during and after. Will helps.

It is day four of week seven --time is flying! Things are going pretty well except for the fact that I have been really hungry this week. I don't have this problem too frequently but one of my meds was increased recently and that is definitely the culprit. UGH!! To make it worse my joints are aching and doing extra cardio isn't as much of an option as I would like but I am determined to make it through.

On the up side...it looks like Spring may be finally here to stay. That is definitely worth a major WooHoo!

I hope everyone is doing great and getting as much out of this as I am:)
