Hang in there. I agree, you are worth it. My schedule is crazy. I'm a teacher and have so many meetings after school, and it is so hard finding the time to do anything. If you have any exercise equipment at home, you can do something for just 10 minutes. Usually that 10 minutes moves to 15 or 20...and sometimes 30. But, I find no matter how busy I am, once I get started, I'll get in a few minutes. Sometimes, that's all you can do, and that is ok and good. For me, it was an improvement because in the past I wouldn't do anything. Now this will sound silly, but I have done this when my time was super crunched. I'd take my small weights into the bathroom. Instead of reading, like I'd normally do, I'd lift my 5 pound weights while I was right there...... 10 minutes went by fast. lol
But bottom line...... You ARE worth it!!! And you are ALMOST THERE!!!! :-)

SUEANNE, try to come up with a way to get your exercise in ASAP in the day. Hectic usually is there before you get to work I am sure and do remember you can do it in very short bursts and keep track or the time. You have been able to get this far but the 8 weeks is just the beginning there has to be a way you can find to make exercise a part of your day. Give it some thought, even a lot of thought because you are worth it. A healthier lifestyle is waiting for you and with a lot of thought I am certain you can find a way. It will actually help you deal with the stress of HECTIC! because that is not a healthy way to go for too long. Please Do it for yourself you are definitely worth it.
