SUEANNE, try to come up with a way to get your exercise in ASAP in the day.
Hectic usually is there before you get to work I am sure and do remember you can do it in very short bursts and keep track or the time.
You have been able to get this far but the 8 weeks is just the beginning there has to be a way you can find to make exercise a part of your day.
Give it some thought, even a lot of thought because you are worth it. A healthier lifestyle is waiting for you and with a lot of thought I am certain you can find a way. It will actually help you deal with the stress of HECTIC! because that is not a healthy way to go for too long. Please Do it for yourself you are definitely worth it.
