Blogs get points above the 15 a day when you do so many. Replying to mail. Log food every day. log exercise, and other ways. Have other goals.

I read the weekly list for this challenge but HOW DO SOME OF OUR MEMBERS EARN SO MANY POINTS ON THE BOARD FOR OUR GROUP....I'm lost here....ANYONE?

I cannot believe it is already week 5 day 4 for me. I have been doing really well and motivation has stayed high!! I have lost about 30 pounds since I started the challenge. I am not saying it has been easy but then nothing that is worth while is easy!! I may just stay here when the 8 weeks are over and start again!!

emoticon Yay you, Sableness!! I love that!! I'm stuck on the scale and in my attitude. I want to burst out of my cocoon, but I'm stuck... I do know that I'm more healthy overall, but I'd sure like a little oomph!

Likewise hard to believe it's Week 5 Day 3 for me! This Challenge is flying by, and I'm not having any trouble being consistent. Maybe this habit is sticking! I can wear almost everything in my closet, and I keep having to put more clothes in my donate pile. I'm able to do much better with the videos, so I know I'm more fit. I like how I feel and look!emoticonemoticon

I weighed in this morning and I'm positively thrilled with my progress. Five weeks ago, I stepped on the scale and was moritified by what I saw. Once again I had allowed myself to drift back to bad eating habits and gained everything back that I had lost at the beginning of the year. I resolved to do what it took to be consistent and work on my attitude and everything else that goes on in my head to stick with a healthy lifestyle.

As of this morning, I've lost a little over 20 lbs in five weeks. I'm so happy and so motivated to continue this journey.
