130 and it has been very steady for the last two weeks as a pre-breakfast reading. Along with that good A1C # on last Dr's visit, very happy. Have to say that I am not losing weight, but am clearly not gaining either. One good thing that is noticeable, is that there is less joint pain and I don't feel bloated or retaining fluids in any way. Will increase that cardio this week. Hope everyone has a wonderful Passover or Easter (or weekend, if you prefer).
