I can completely relate with BAREFOOTN.(Way to go!!! by the way). I haven't exercised in years. I have felt great lately, exercised 3 times this week, so far. Once was even cardio. I haven't napped in 4 weeks, I am starting to feel like I did in my 30's.....so exciting!!

I have been hungry a few times. It's usually before or after Dinner.

My tracker and I have a meeting - usually I have about 200-500 calories to play with and we hunt for more foods that are a healthy choice.

Sounds like you are one busy lady. Keep up the good work. You should post a pic of the rug when it is done I would love to see it.

Way cool advice.
Barefootn, you are doing great. Actually, we all are and I think that we deserve a round of applause. I hope that you can hear my hands clapping. You guys are what keeps me going.

It feels really good to get around again even feels a little younger don't it. I can relate. I just added some free veggies to my snack and eat smaller meals to have them spread out to get another mid afternoon snack in. My doctor told me I was moving more it made my body feel starved and if I added a free snack like green beans (steamed) or something like that it would help. I have been able to keep my sugers lower than I ever have since keeping up with them.

I think I have just moved so little in so long that I am trying to catch up!!!! LOL

The Lord doesn't expect us to work harder than we are able. He doesn't (nor should we) compare our efforts to those of others. Our Heavenly Father asks only that we do the best we can - that we work according to to our full capacity, however great or however small that may be.

I kinda knew this would happen at some point. I am genuinely hungry!!! I think it is because I am so much more active than I have been. Usually I would get up and be tired by the time I hit the living room. I would sit down and remain for a while. My sugars were so high that I never felt like I was rested enough. Today, I got up early, went to the bank, grocery store, farmers market, and the drug store. I came home and did laundry, vacuum, put dinner on. I also took the water bowl for the animals apart and cleaned it thoroughly. All that will be left is that rug I have been cutting up and I should be ready to start that at 3:00. I will work on it for about an hour and I will have done more today than a week six weeks ago. I think I am actually working up a little appetite. I decided to increase my water intake so I can keep my food at the same level. Just wanted to mention that I am HUNGRY!!!
