It is so much better to be able to have something than to get that 'Never" idea. Never just sets you up for failure.

Thanks for the great suggestions!!!!
I'll have to remember to save some calories for the snack.
I'll have to learn to plan for those snacks without hurting me.
Good food for thought!!!!
Thanks Again!!!!
Debbie.

I put a small snack into my plan because if I don't, I wake up in the middle of the night so hungry it's hard to get back to sleep. Either a cup of cereal, a fruit, air popcorn or a biscotti helps me. As long as I save some calories for it, I'm ok and it helps my blood sugar too. Don't leave it for chance as you will pick anything but if you plan for it, you can do it safely without it hurting you.

I don't know if this will work for anyone else but I works for me. I include a small sweet treat or dessert at the end of my dinner and that seems to satisfy me for the evening.

Thank you Lisa,
That is an Excellent Question!!!!!!
I would like to cut out unnecessary snacks at night.
Sometimes I eat mindlessly.
I would like to think twice before I snack at night to see what I really need or could do instead of mindless eating.

Thanks so much for that question.
Helps me to become more clear with what I need to do.

Debbie.

What is your plan for evening snacks, choosing healthier ones or cutting them out all together?

Week 5 has come to a close.

I have been faithful to exercising along with the videos and increasing my cardio. I am noticing that I look forward to exercising and that I can make time to exercise. It is very important to my well being.
I have tracked food for 3 days Plus.
I begin my day with a healthy breakfast too.

My personal challenge last week "spend some time with my self on my evening snacking in the evenings."
That is going to be my personal challenge this going into week six!!!!
I will nip the evening snacks in the bud.

On to week 6!!!!!
Debbie
