Week 5 has come to a close.
I have been faithful to exercising along with the videos and increasing my cardio. I am noticing that I look forward to exercising and that I can make time to exercise. It is very important to my well being.
I have tracked food for 3 days Plus.
I begin my day with a healthy breakfast too.
My personal challenge last week "spend some time with my self on my evening snacking in the evenings."
That is going to be my personal challenge this going into week six!!!!
I will nip the evening snacks in the bud.
On to week 6!!!!!
