I wish I had dumbells to do this work out put I have to do the other workouts. Lol JOAN_OF_SPARK for saying you on the floor wouldn't be a pretty sight. Is it a part in the video where you have to get on the floor?? The workouts without dumbbells are a little challenging for me because I can't do push ups like them or the sideway exercise where you push up on one arm.

I had to modify doing the second half of the program as my knees to not do getting up and down from the floor easy. I, like Joan, did most of the floor work out lying on the bed. At least I got it in. LOL Have a joy filled day, Karen

I needed the dumbbell workouts. But when it came to the floor part, I had to start over with a much lighter set.

Finished: Walt Disney World Marathon, January 13, 2013.
Finished: Disney Princess Half, February 2013
Finished: Orange Blossom Half and 5K, March 3, 2013
Finished: Divas Half, N Myrtle Beach, April 2013

the ones that are meant to be done on the floor, I do lying on my bed. I cannot get down on the floor. Not only would it not be a pretty sight,I would have to have help getting up off the floor.. Of course, it does help that my computer is in the guest bedroom. :)

I like the new video also. I too have problems getting on the floor, but doing the best I can. These are exercises that you can feel them doing a lot of good!

Hi I really like the first half of the dumbbell work out. I was able to do it and I know it is doing some good! WOO HOO! I have problems with doing floor exercises so am working at Maybe figuring out modification for some of the floor ones. I am keeping on doing what I can and LOVE it! GOOD Video!

What I liked about this workout though I've not done it yet( am going to do it tomorrow)....is that they show the modifications for both those who cannot do what Coach Nicole is doing and the advanced. You can actually see that the modified squat is much less and can gauge it to see if you can do it. I think that I can actually do those. We will see...:)

I do like free weights! And this workout is great since it combines upper body at the same time. Double the workout in half the time!
