Mine is 160 most mornings, did have some 140s and 130s this week..I do eat carbs before bedtime, I sleep better...I also find I feel best when my numbers are around 130...when I drop to 100 I get shakey and sweaty and feel bad...then I tend to drink sodas to get myself back up..not sure where my happy place is gonna be at but I am working on it...

The last 2 mornings was 160 & 163. I have my grandson so my eating habits aren't the best but I still try to stay within my carb count.

I am proud of myself. Made it through Halloween no candy. Went to a high tea... just ate the chicken , the mimi muffin, strawberries and half a scone. Then ate one bite of the chocolate cake and brought the rest home ... bag of candy and chocolates for grand daughters visits.
98 today.

128 I told my husband the sand witch he brought home was not good for me too many carbs and sodium so I will decline eating it if he brings another one home.

FBS 139 I was very hungry and water wasnt doing the trick so I had some protein and some low fat popcorn before going to bed. :( Guess the popcorn isn't a good idea for me.

I have started eating a light snack before bed. Interestingly enough, my FBG dropped 10 points from 124 to 114. The next night I ate some popcorn with shakey cheese on it, and my FBG was 125. Next night I tried something with more fat and down to 113. So I think a bit of protein and fat before bed is the trick for me. Looking forward to seeing my FBG down to 100 like the previous, person, congrats!

Since I began SparkPeople, my sugars have gone from 289 for fasting Pre-breakfast to 100 fasting Pre-breakfast in just a few weeks! Awesome! emoticon

Just starting week 4.

FBS 110 this morning, after a night at the Casino and a buffet dinner. I was somewhat careful at the buffet. Skipped anything fried. had a small serving of chicken Marsala ( no pasta) peel and eat shrimp, a salad with balsamic vinegar, 1/2 of a tamale (oops!). Had a couple of bites of a sugar free cheese cake, and a couple of vodka and sodas in the casino.

144 I am on vacation and have been getting up at 8ish. Normally was getting up at 6 when it was usually 110 and under. Not sure if that is a difference. Of course I have been experimenting with making homemade donuts.
