Congrats on your terrific weight loss, too! I have quite a bit to lose, also. I am focusing on losing 14lbs. by Sept 1...should be doable...taking it off in smaller increments helps me not get so overwhelmed with the total amount I need to lose to reach goal.

Perhaps we can learn how to reach our goals together... Pray I find my way back to this forum and that I am posting where I am supposed to be posting... I can be a little ditzy when it comes to navigating.

I look forward to our journey together.

I just wanted to say I know how you feel. I have lost 52 pounds since January but have had a bit of a hard time keeping it off. I have so much more to loose and now that I am back to work I was hoping it would be easier. It is kind of. I don't snack as much or get bored and scouwer the kitchen for a treat. I try not to taste test when I cook anymore which is the mindless eating I was sometimes doing. I want to start exercising but have no idea where to start and I am not sure what to do and how to keep myself motivated doing it. Good luck and congratulations on the weight loss its great that you lost and you should pat yourself on the back for it!!

I hope this isn't a duplicate...I have gained back 4lbs of the 26 I had lost since January. Would like to lose the 4 plus 10 more in this eight weeks.
1 Track my food
2 Exercise (I have not done this at all)
3 Be more mindful about my stress (I am a mindless stress eater) emoticon

Please forgive me if I have posted this info before...I am still learning how to navigate and be where I should be... emoticon
