I had lost 26 lbs. since January, but recent slip ups have resulted in gaining back 4lbs. I want to relose the 4 plus 10 more for a total loss of 14lbs. in 8 weeks. My goals are: 1 To track my food 2 Exercise (have not been doing this at all) 3 Be more mindful of my stress (I am a mindless stress eater)
