Be sure to eat your three meals a day and DO NOT forget your 2-3 snacks a day as long as you don't go over your allowed calories. The snacks are very important to keep your BSs more even and to help keep you from overeating at your next meal. They will also help to prevent you from having hypoglycemic episodes (low BS) which can happen in just a few minutes and sometimes with no warning, which are more dangerous than the hyperglycemic episodes (high BS) which elevates over time. REMEMBER those snacks and your water. Learn all you can about diabetes and other heath issues that you may have.
