Your goals are reasonable and doable. The stress reduction one is a common issue for many of us. Keep us posted about what works best for you. We never know when what works for you may help the rest of us. I have learned that when something bothers me for more than a day or two, it's time to be proactive. Of all my goals, stress reduction remains at the top of the list!
