Welcome - exercise and healthy eating can reverse and sometimes even cure a lot of conditions, there are others that may simply be slowed down and/or reduced in severity. I have found that healthy FEELS a whole lot better than unhealthy. Even cancers and diabetes can be helped with healthier habits - not just eating and exercise, but sleeping, playing, relaxing, building and enjoying relationships, and meditating/praying/quiet thinking. The balance and combination of ALL of these can create a feeling of health that is difficult to beat with any artificial drugs or whatever.
