Stacy - great that you have already lost 20 pounds. You can make this happen and you can learn a lot about both yourself and the diabetes. SP has many resources to help you along the way. You can definitely learn a lot here.

I was diagnosed with Type2 last Nov. & lost about 20 lbs by March, which was great! Now I've hit a plateau & need to restart my resolve to lose the next 25 lbs. So I'm restarting on the 8-week program to give myself some structure, especially the workout parts...haven't been consistent with that at all...
