I am actually impressed by your choice or really SMART goals that are going to provide the "basic" foundation for your success. You have already made a good start by beginning with the exercise piece of your program. You are already seeing success. Now, when you get these next few goals mastered, you can add others to them. Hi Everyone, So for the last 6 months, I have been working out with a trainer and lost only 11 pounds, however I have lost 3 inches pretty much everywhere! As I'm slightly bum of my results, I also know I need to hold myself more accountable. My goals might seem basic and dumb but too me will be a great start for this challenge.
Goals: 1. Eat Breakfast everyday 2. Eat balance regular meals throughout the day 3. Stop going thru drive-thurs 4. Giving up diet pop :(
