Hi, all! Another day we have to make the changes that can make our lives healthier. That is a gift all on its own. I am usually able to check in with my teams but this past weekend was filled with Relay For Life activities. Cannot say I was perfect in the food department, but we did rack up 13.6 miles. Some of my time was taken up with hostessing at our campsite and captain meetings. So we were pretty happy with the miles we did get in. In all, our church based raised nearly $9000! Very proud of the effort. Good day all!

Good morning - sometimes it takes time before we make the kind of progress we expect when we start a new program - remember PROGRESS is what you are looking for and not perfection. Work on your goals and celebrate the small things you do right and focus on what you have improved on rather on where you messed up.

I have to first say good morning to you all.
I am still doing good with my goals and i have no stress on me right now so it's even better right now. Even though that i don't sign in often here I am still keeping track of my goals and everything that I am striving to do.
I hope everyone else on here is having much success in your personal goals as I have.
