I saw a picture from 2009 when I was at a good weight, and my husband was too heavy. Now he has lost 30 pounds and I have gained 20. I don't feel good and have lots of arthritis pain. Time to take control. I am a teacher, and have the summer to devote to me without students and school work to divert my attentions. Current weight 205.
