The trick is to work on small goals, not trying to do it all at once, not give everything up that you love, but rather to make healthier choices and to make them more often - don't let it be ALL or NOTHING - make progress.

I am will versed on what I need to do to be healthy and keep my blood sugar level down. But I have a very difficult time staying on the course for very long. My goal with this 8 week programs is to try to stay on a healthy plan for life.
