Know what I liked about your goals? You meshed fitness, nutrition, and inspiration together to form a plan. I don't often see that stated in the goals we think about.

1. Develop menu and schedule for healthy eating and stick to it.
2. Develop and adhere to a weekly exercise routine.
3. Develop and adhere to a daily mindfulness (meditation) practice.
4. Lose between 1-2 lbs per week for the duration of the challenge.
