I am ready to get fit and lose weight.i need to get healthy and fit in as much exercise to my ays possible.my goals are:(1)eat rigt.(2.)eat more vegetables(3.)do not deprive myself.(3.)be honest with myself(4.)be focused(5.)be committed(6.)Do some form of physical activity daily.(7.)lose weight(8.)maintain my weight loss.
I am out to lose this weight once and for all.i have to keep this weight off,so I will have good health.

It's clear that everyone is thinking, and trying to head in the right direction. We're all trying to live a healthier lifestyle, for sure. Me? I can't say that your goal seems very realistic - a realistic weight loss goal is between .5 and 2 pounds a week and the 2 pounds a week is for people whose BMI is over 30. You might lose that much in that time frame but even if you could, it would not be healthy to do so. Realistically, you might possibly lose 15-20 pounds by your half marathon. I will wish you luck and I am sure that even without being down 50 pounds, you will do great in your race.

Hi, I would like to lose 30-50 lbs by the start of school next year. I'm currently training for a half marathon which is at the end of September. I want to get my race times lower.... I know dropping 50 will sure help! Dawn

I too would like to lose weight, 16-20 lbs in the next 8 weeks. I have just transitioned into a vegan diet/plant based diet. So i would also like to be off meds, and take at least 15 points off my cholesterol.
I would like to lose a total of 75lbs. Starting with this eight week program I hope to loss at least 20 to 25. I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in Feb and I believe if I lose the weight it well help my cure. Good blessings to everyone who is on this track.
