WEGENERCS - Glad you're feeing better this week!! That nutrition tracker is a great tool!!! So glad you have things figured out. Seems like we've both had our time with BS lows last week. Keep up the good work.

Gotta say that logging in daily food intake has become such a habit that my day does not feel completed unless I get a look at the daily results. This helped quickly determine why BS lows were occurring last week. Feeling much better now.

I've been using that before this challenge and have it setup for Diabetes so I get the two snacks and break down of how many calories, carbs, fat, and protein each meal should have. I also have a string of nutrients I track besides the norm. I find it all very helpful in my journey.

Thank you Judy! I viewed week 1's video and I loved it because I got advice on how to modify the exercises. I always have to worry about being injured because of my back, knees, etc so knowing I don't have to go as low until my muscles are stronger is good to know. I've saved it so I can knock some of it out at work and the rest I will do it home.

Just finished our local RFL event this weekend. Managed to get in 13.6 miles which was great, although not nearly as impressive as the 22 miles another walker put in. Whew! The stamina some folks have is truly awesome.

I like the labeling of this topic...continuous journey because even though this is an 8 week challenge, the goal for me is not to lose X number of pounds. The goal is to learn to live a healthier life so that blood sugar is not destroying my body so for me once this 8 weeks is over, it's not over. This is a lifestyle change I'm going through.
