Have you checked out the free workout videos located under the orange tab at the top of the page titled "Articles & Videos"? There is a workout for every fitness level, even chair exercises. You will find that the exercising will get easier as you go along and you will start to have more energy and to feel better. It is always hard to get started, just keep doing what you can each day.
