Welcome to our team. I truly understand how overwhelming the site can appear at first, so would advise starting with an area you are interested in and dig in. The reason starting with your Spark Page is good, it focuses attention on what you think is important, goals you wish to work toward, etc. I need to update my own page. Been quite sometime. Ask for help when you need it, and share your journey.

Welcome - you already have some good advice. Start small and take it one day at a time. Explore, read, do what interests you and ask questions when you get confused. Don't get discouraged - take everything slowly.

With love and caring from Nancy ... wishing all of you a wonderful, blessed, and precious day.

GLYNISS1 - - Hang in there and it will all fall in to place. Baby Steps is the way to go. One thing at a time.

One thing I have noticed, however, is that you haven't started your Spark Page yet. I would advise you to do that. If you go to your My Spark Points at the top of your screen and scroll down to where you'll see One Time Challenges. Scroll down just a little ways from there and you will see Creating your Spark Page. By doing this, we can "Friend" you and vice versa. We can also help you personally on that page plus give you "Goodies" etc.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them. We are a great group of people and we will be more than happy to help you and to encourage you along your journey. REMEMBER: OU ARE WORTH IT!!!! You deserve to be successful on your journey. emoticon and together emoticon
