Sunday was day 1. Returned to the gym after 8 weeks of rest due to plantar fasciitis. Rest and the chiropractor are not making any difference. Body Pump and Body Flow. I am seeing how the food tracker can be helpful (although I am still low carbs).
Monday = day 2. So sore from Body Pump! I went on the elliptical for 20min. Also trying to eat better and keep up the water intake. My strassburg sock arrived today (yippee!), so first night trying that for the plantar fasciitis.
