On this site there is diabetic recipes I love the Cauliflower Mash with cheese It is so good.
emoticon are not an option for us. I think that is the worst thing for my to wrap my head around the carbs in so called healthy food are like poison to us sometime I know your family will like this mine does

I am 29yr type 1 diabetic, my weight is 176lbs, I am determined to get down to atleast 140 by May of this year. Not only for my health but for my three children. My only problem is that my family loves pasta and rice, does anyone have any suggestion's for meal plan's that could help me with this? It is hard to plan healthy meals with picky kids!
