Okay, I keep getting on and off of the wagon...and I'm getting back on again! I need to lose about 150 pounds in the long term, so for this 8 week period, I would like to really focus on changing my lifestyle. For the next 8 weeks I want to: Log my food and exercise daily Stay under 2000 calories Reduce red meats and simple carbs from my diet Trend my blood sugars downward (I have horrible control!) Lose 20 pounds
