In September I was diagnosed as prediabetic. I was shocked (maybe I should not have been) and really wanted to change my lifestyle. I got on here and started some new goals and joined this group. But, nothing really changed. I didn't do anything different and I have made no progress.
My health is important to me. I AM important to me. And I need to start making the necessary changes. I want to lose 100 pounds in the long run. But right now I want to start with a small goal of just getting up and doing something active three times a week. I have a gym membership but I never go! I just need to get the motivation started!
