I am very excited to restart my journey to being healthy.
There have been some major set-backs and stressors this past year - a divorce, had major knee surgery (tore my ACL), my little brother moved to Africa, my oldest daughter graduated from High school and joined the National Guard and I have a 6 year old daughter as well, I work full time in a high stress area, I am currently pursuing my MBA, I just opened a non-profit organization...You see how my year has been now, don't you? :)
Having said all that...I am ready to roll!
My Mini Goals are:
1 - Eat healthy (remove fast food)
2 - Drink more water (wean off of Dr. Pepper!)
3 - Cardio at least three times each week
4 - Track food and water
5 - Complete each weekly challenge and assignments
