My #1 goal is simply to be healthy.
In the next 8 weeks I'd like to lose 15-20 pounds. I know I did that once in my early 30's, but I was quite physically active then. I suspect that in my late 40's with such arthritic knees I should lower that to 10-25, but I'm going to be optimistic.
I'd like to really learn to control my cravings.
I want to exercise at least 3x/week. Going to school full time and teaching full time and still having to tend a family makes this difficult, but I need to try.
