I am sure it should be obvious but I can only see where to start a new topic. I am just restarting and came back because I need help with recipes to keep the carbs low especially for my husband who is not controlled and just started on insulin. I definitelly need it for myself and my goal is to get to 150 lbs from 188 which is down from 205 a couple of months ago.
