I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes 12 and half years ago.. I have tried to deal with it, but just never got it right. I have just finished University for the year and have 14 weeks till I go back. My plan is to make the best of this time, by seriously working on my overall health.
I will lose 25kg by the 17th July, 2013.
I will exercise for at least 45 minutes 3 times a week.
I will do the SparkPeople daily exercise clip each day.
I will take my BSLs 4 times a day.
I will take my meds and Insulin every day.
This is my time and I am going to do the best I can.. I can do this.
