Ahh I figured out how to put this in the right place. That was my first goal. The next is to keep moving this winter when it is not so comfortable outside and for this I need a push. My blood sugars are fairly well managed, but I have learned that can stop quickly and so I want to lose at least 40 lbs. I have not set a time for this to be by, but rather going week by week. I am aiming at 2 lbs a week.

I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes 12 and half years ago.. I have tried to deal with it, but just never got it right. I have just finished University for the year and have 14 weeks till I go back. My plan is to make the best of this time, by seriously working on my overall health.
I will lose 25kg by the 17th July, 2013. I will exercise for at least 45 minutes 3 times a week. I will do the SparkPeople daily exercise clip each day. I will take my BSLs 4 times a day. I will take my meds and Insulin every day.
This is my time and I am going to do the best I can.. I can do this.
