I have had diabetes for the past couple of years now. Always struggled with my weight and actually lost 40 lbs before reaching a plateau this past time. My goals:

1.Keep track on working 30 min on eliptical at least 4 days a week.
2. Increase strength training.
3. Stay away from sweets this week (hard with Thanksgiving, but will really try)

 current weight: 245.0
