So now I've read the info and my initial goals look like this.... realistic and specific
1. 5% weight loss in 8 weeks - if calculations correct that's just 1.5lbs/week = approx.12 lbs.
2. Pack a snack for every trip to town (25 miles one way) to avoid fast food drive thrus.
3.Take a healthly dish I can eat to every potluck luncheon this holiday season.
4.The dogs and I walk 3/4 mile and increase to 1 mile 5 out of 7 days. Figure out how to put in tracker.
5.Track and log in everyday.
6.Get in touch with a coach.
Can I do it ???? You bet !!!!!
