This is my first spark challenge and I just joined. My goal for this week is to exercise at least three days a week. I will swim or do yoga. I am also reducing simple carbs. With a particular focus on reducing late night eating.

I have not insurance so I have to figure a way to control blood sugars through weight loss and excises. I have many complications right now and am very sick with blood sugars in the 500=600's consistantly. My hope is to bring that down.
I wasn't taking care of myself and I was in the hospital/bed rest for about a month with 400 high blood sugar, strep, e coli and an infection from a cut. I'm finally getting better but it's been more than difficult to try to get my energy level back to where I want to take a walk or something. But I learned my lesson; I don't want to go back where I was so I'm going to be trying my best now. But exactly; my weight fluctuates the same and the inactivity is going to be the death of me. It does help, I'm not alone. Thank you :)
We in the same boat. My bs has been up and down.. it's better when I am more active tho. My weight too has fluctuated usually within 5 to 6 pounds. I can get down a few and it springs back up. I know I have to be more active and that would help with both. I also need to keep a closer watch on my carbs. I can stay within my calories for the day ... it's the inactivity that's killing me. Hope this might help or at least give you a couple ideas. Good luck.
My blood sugars have been unstable and in turn has caused me to stay sick or have major health problems. Along with that, it's been difficult to maintain my weight. It always seemed impossible to manage both at the same time; but I am ready to learn how to properly take care of myself before it's too late and I regret this. I want to live and be happy. I want to accomplish weight loss and stable blood sugars.
