Good for you!!! It's never too late to get healthy. I was diagnosed 3 months ago...it was the wake-up call I needed. I lost some weight on sp last fall, then quit, now I'm back to it and the weight is going off again. You had a great start today. Check sp daily, it will help keep you motivated. Deb
