My goal for this week is to go to Zumba 3 times and at least do something active for 30 minutes everyday, even if it's not at the same time. I will also drink water everyday and stay on my no soda rule. I will try to only eat fast food twice this week, if that! And most of all I will not hate myself for becoming like this. I will uplift and love myself because I deserve to be happy and healthy! I am beautiful! :)
