1. I am going to log into this site every day, so that I can motivate myself and track progress.
2. I am going to exercise every day (except just stretching on Sunday) for at least 15 minutes.
3. I am going to start this week tracking my food and exercise, and making sure I have a protein shake for breakfast instead of nothing,
4. I am going to make one 'clean eating' recipe a week until they have replaced my frozen food menu.
One day at a time, one small change at a time until I have stopped automatically following the bad habits I have built up in the past 14 years.
