I plan on following all of your recommendations. Tracking my nutrition and fitness is a priority. I want to get my A1C under 5.9.

I just found this through the Glucerna site and so glad I did!
I plan to follow the best I can through the holidays and then will kick it up a notch. Happy to have found this challenge. emoticon

I plan on doing everything on the challange and sticking to it. I want to see what I can look like in 8 weeks and how much I can lose. As well as keeping pre-diabetes undercontrol.
