I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic about a month ago. I started going to a dietician and I am more aware of what I am eating since I have to go back and show her my food journals. I have been a member of Sparkpeople since 2007, not being consistent has been my down fall. I started the C25K program and joined this challenge. I am hoping to make some moves in my numbers(weight, HP, sugar & cholosteral levels) in the next 8 weeks. Good luck to all and hoping we are all successful!
