I am starting to get the hang of this. So far, I have been pretty excited to get started on changing my life. This is day 3 of taking insulin and I feel a lot better. Yesterday the doctor phone with the rest of my lab results and I need more vitamin D. Hopefully, by the end of week 2, I will feel even better.

I have set a goal to run a 5K this fall with my husband (he is hoping for a 1/2 marathon in time)...but for right now, I think the 5K is more realistic.
