You guys are awesome! I know that you can live a healthier lifestyle because you have chosen to. Get used to using the SP tools like the nutrition and fitness trackers. Hi, I also have 100 lbs. to lose. I am planning to lose 10 pounds per month. We can do that together. Good luck. Right now I am riding my exercise bike for 10 minutes 3 times a day. I have rode for 20 minutes today and will ride 10 more minutes after dinner. This is my first day for meeting my weight loss challenge.
My numbers are just into the diabetic range, but I am probably carrying an extra 100 pounds. I want to work to lose that over time, get the levels down as low as possible, and avoid any complications. Already started a new exercise program, so, hopefully, things will be looking up.
