Set up your tracker and track your food. Do the exercises and stay with it and you can do it. emoticon To the diabetes challenge team, remember the blood sugars will be better by then also and you will be on your journey to a healthier lifestyle. I hope you are using the diabetic tracker, it really helps you see just how much you can eat for each meal and 2 snacks. Pat in Maine. emoticon emoticon
