Fasting this morning - 165. Much better than 226 from yesterday! I guess the medicine is starting to kick in. PLUS, by tracking my food today, it's helping me see what I need more of to make my daily carbs, protein goals for the day.

Goood Morning. My morning fasting glucose # was 165 today. I can't seem to get this number in range no matter what I eat. I do need to get more exercise in though. It is a challenge for me.
