Set your goals and they do not have to be out of proportion to your condition. Just deciding to move is in itself a goal at this time.
You can do it, get to a small daily goal and increase it when you feel comfortable with it, just do not overdo it.
Did you check with your Dr that you are able to exercise? I hope you have done that by now,take care.
