Sorry about your injury. If you can just move your lower part of your body ie marching in the spot, or leg exercises. or just walking. Anything that does not hurt your ribs. Just by moving it will help your weight loss.
Hey if it is not doing anything but marching in place, building to higher knee lifts as you march to get your heart rate up...go for it...Good luck and I hope you heal soon. I have had two broken ribs before, I understand.
I'm starting this today. My exercise routine will be really limited because I separated 3 ribs a few weeks back. It's still hurts to breathe deeply, cough etc, but I need to find a way to get around this.
