January Weight Loss goal...8lbs
Jan 3rd= 268 (a three pound gain)
I did my measurements a little early too so I knew where I was starting for first week of January.
Hips 54 (down 1 inch)
Waist 49 (down 2 inches)
every thing else an inch so in 2 weeks I am down 6 inches. Yeah gained 3 lbs in a week. I stopped tracking was only doing the gym no home workouts and I let myself have a few treats here and there in last few weeks. But I still lost in inches. Here's to a better month.
