Ok - weigh in at 186.2.. a few lbs up from last time I weighed in, but I wasn't being careful. Back on track as of Weds and picked back up on H2O and exercise. I'm motivated to lose the last 30 lbs!!

Yay WYOUNG!

Finally unpacked the scale! Had a few days back on track, and I'm in at 183.8! Pretty much maintained since Thanksgiving! Yippee! But I am back to weightloss mode. Here we go!!

Just moved into our new unit on base this week! Movers came today. Once I get my scale unburied I'll weigh in! I went a little crazy with some holiday yumminess.. traveling, hotel living for a week and eating out didn't help my maintenance efforts either - Hoping I didn't derail myself too bad!!. But I'm re-enlisted for 2013.. so here we go!

January Weight Loss goal...8lbs

Jan 3rd= 268 (a three pound gain)
Jan 10=
Jan 17=
Jan 24=
Jan 31=

I did my measurements a little early too so I knew where I was starting for first week of January.

Hips 54 (down 1 inch)
Waist 49 (down 2 inches)
every thing else an inch so in 2 weeks I am down 6 inches. Yeah gained 3 lbs in a week. I stopped tracking was only doing the gym no home workouts and I let myself have a few treats here and there in last few weeks. But I still lost in inches. Here's to a better month.

I'll be honest here...I totally slacked off in December. TOTALLY.
However, I did not gain so that is the silver lining. BACK TO WORKing out!!

Weigh-in 12/30: 167.4
I attribute the 1 pound loss for the month to my 9 straight days of shoveling snow streak. LOL

It's ok cgreen, just don't beat yourself up! Something I've had to battle - especially the past 2 months!, I've been going up and down since end of summer! I've noticed though that instead of continuing to creep up and up, I've maintained! Something I've never been able to do with weight loss in the past.... I do need to get backon track and continue to whittle away to my goal weight, but I can be proud of myself, that though I want a better result right now, I'm not going back to the "old me". Refocus, and continue to do what you gotta do! For me, I do need to track a weight in weekly ( I'll post mine tomorrow) so im accountable to someone other than myself..and work on maintaining through christmas and my move and get back on mega weightless mode the 1st week of January, ( just in time for new years resolution LOL!!!!).

Thanks...LOL. That is one thing I WISH I had is amazing legs...Mine are not amazing. Wearing Army boots for years screwed up my legs and they are just big. big everywhere. too much muscle and not nearly enough definition :(

Goal: 8 lbs (1 lb to go) Hit goal plus!!!!

PS....Way to go C for hitting first goal and getting new jeans. I am using a new pair of knee high boots and a mini jean skirt for goal one reward. Yes I am big but I have amazing legs and I love showing them off.

12/2 - weigh in: 170.4 lbs....Even though I have that ".4"...I'm going to call this a "GOAL MET" for my phase 1. Changing my fish tracker to the next goal and MOMMA GETS SOME NEW JEANS!

Thanks CGREEN for the info on turbo. Will check it out! My weigh in this week was 185. Going back down! Yippee. Although, now I'm getting sick and been eating more toast and carb-y things as everything else seems unsettling to my tummy :( Going for the whole grains and hoping I'm not getting anything crazy like the flu!!

TurboFire is "intense cardio conditioning"...Basically it is a workout that combines cardio and HIIT (high intensity interval training). Chalene Johnson, who made TurboJam and well...a bunch of Turbo stuff made this one too. Its cardio kickboxing mixed with a little bit of dancing. I absolutely love it. I would recommend that you search on YouTube for real people who are doing it before you decide if you want to buy it. You can order it on Beachbody.com or you can go on amazon or ebay and get it for half the price. I got mine on eBay for around $60.

11/01-259.
11/08-255---yay
11/15-250!!!!!!!
11/22-245---for the first time in over almost 2 years I am under 250.
11/26/2012-277 (see blog for details)
11/29/2012- 273.6 (to put me back on Thursday track. I weighed with clothes on and was 275.4 just the birthday suit is the weight I am using. but loving the new scale.)
