I am new to the group, but I'm jumping right in.
Today was the end of my first week back on and I lost 10 pounds. I've never lost that much in a week before, so I'm still a tad stunned. I did exercise like a maniac this week. haha

You are making progress to your goal. I had a little set back and gained some of the weight back, but I am back on track to loosing weight again and almost back under 300 once again.

I havent posted here in awhile. Looks like I am not alone.

This week I lost 1lbs thats 7 lbs total my -10lbs reward is a day out! not sure what I want to do yet!

That's what I was thinking. Once a week the scale just doesn't drop enough for me to get excited lol. And then I'm thinking about it way too often. And I need to stay out of my head lol.

If you think it would be better we could do a weigh-in twice a month so that you are able to notice the difference and not get so discouraged if you dont see exactly what you want b/c of a bad day.

I agree! only I would rather do mine bi-weekly so I will see a bigger difference. It helps me feel more motivated. :)

Well I think that it would be great for us to have a place to post our weekly weigh-ins where we can also post what was easy for us to do to stay on course, but also where we struggled. I think that if we have a place where we feel a little bit more accountable we will be able to stay on course a lot better. You can even post what your favorite food was from the week or something that happened to make you feel even better about yourself during the week. I hope that this helps all of us out and we can get to know each other even better.
