Well I think that it would be great for us to have a place to post our weekly weigh-ins where we can also post what was easy for us to do to stay on course, but also where we struggled. I think that if we have a place where we feel a little bit more accountable we will be able to stay on course a lot better. You can even post what your favorite food was from the week or something that happened to make you feel even better about yourself during the week. I hope that this helps all of us out and we can get to know each other even better.
