So here I am again. Didn't run for a while now. I have been walking a lot on the treadmill.
I guess I got really discouraged after not being able to run 35 minutes straight. But when I looked back at this, I realized that my post stated that I ran 12 minutes and then a couple of days later I ran 20 minutes.
So I had made progress, but just didn't recognize it! Because the program finished with 35 minutes, I just felt like I should be able to run the whole 35 minutes, didn't look more...blinded by that, I guess.
Your responses make sense to me now. So I am going to log my running details in a notebook and see how I progress. I will try to go longer each time but will not push myself so hard that I will stop running again.

I'm learning, slowly but surely to be not so hard on myself that I get blinded and sidelined by it!
