Same here, I ran Day 1 of Week 4 on Monday and did it! I wanted to stop but I knew my body could handle it. I was doubting myself. Today I'm doing Day 2 and just going to push through the doubt!

I just have to check in on this thread, because when I saw the topic I thought, "That's exactly how I felt!".

When I was running four minute intervals, I wondered how I could possibly go from that to a full 35 minutes of nonstop running. But I just took it at a steady pace and you know what? OMG I DID IT!

So to anyone reading this who wonders the same thing. emoticon

I was honestly afraid I couldn't do it today, my first day of running 35 minutes straight with no walking breaks. But I did! I did it! I ran 2.78 miles without stopping! That's a personal record over twice as long as my previous best!

One small action is better than no action.
