I just have to check in on this thread, because when I saw the topic I thought, "That's exactly how I felt!".
When I was running four minute intervals, I wondered how I could possibly go from that to a full 35 minutes of nonstop running. But I just took it at a steady pace and you know what? OMG I DID IT!
So to anyone reading this who wonders the same thing.
