D1 I ran it all and clocked in 2.92 mile, D2 I made a goal to try and hit 3.1 but managed 3.01 in 35 minutes:)

Jmirror, if you do the math 8 reps of 4 mins run plus 8 reps of 1 min walking you come out with 40 mins, so that is why the distance would be shorter. I lost .5 mile but I am happy to be doing a solid run now!

I ran for 35 minutes today and the distance was shorter than when I alternated between jog and walk.

All things work together for good!

When you do your training for week 4 come by this thread and tell us about your accomplishments for the day.

How far did you walk?
How did you feel on the day you did it?
Or anything else you want to talk about for your 5k training for week 4
