D1 I ran it all and clocked in 2.92 mile, D2 I made a goal to try and hit 3.1 but managed 3.01 in 35 minutes:)
Jmirror, if you do the math 8 reps of 4 mins run plus 8 reps of 1 min walking you come out with 40 mins, so that is why the distance would be shorter. I lost .5 mile but I am happy to be doing a solid run now!

I ran for 35 minutes today and the distance was shorter than when I alternated between jog and walk.
