Yes I can relate.... I think its diet related mostly.... we could all probably do better here by looking at what we eat that is zaping our energy. I bet it will make a difference. This is what Im working on.
Excercise should give us energy and help us sleep better so we are not tired.... something is out of balance... BUT we all have days we just dont have energy to do it...

Unfortunately, I feel this more often than not. I want to get to a place where I am motivated to run instead of having to force myself to run. I imagine consistency will bring that about. I am hiking a mountain this afternoon so will likely not get a run in today. That counts as cross-training, right?
Today I felt like I could not stay awake long enough to exercise. After it all, I'm so happy that I did run. I did not fully stick with the program but I kept moving. How about you? Do you have days like mine?
